She was very friendly and informative and helped us get a sense of pricing and neighbourhoods as well as what it was that we most wanted and what didn’t matter. She was absolutely invaluable when viewing properties remotely. She gave us a sense of the spaces overall by using all her senses and reporting back scents and sounds and helpfully giving a sense of scale by saying what sort and size of furniture would fit in various rooms. She also brought our attention to details that might have been easy to miss even in person, and made suggestions of how we might fix certain issues in places we were considering. She was very thorough and was happy to answer all our questions. She is very knowledgeable and always gave us all the information and guidance we needed for each step. She helped us through everything from from making an offer to finding a home inspector to taking a possession. She was always very quick to respond to emails and texts, and helped us with problems big and small - from tracking down our unresponsive notary and confirming some important details to being there with a screw driver to remove a broken door knob on possession day. Raina was consistently attentive, an incredible resource, and delightful to work with.

We were in a tough spot dealing with a complicated timeline and COVID restrictions during an international move, but Raina was extremely accommodating the whole way. She was more than happy to do a mixture of remote and in person appointments and helped us through some complicated closing logistics. Raina is clearly more than willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She knows the Okanagan market really well, can help you find a home in a competitive market, and is able to steer you in the right direction for your needs.

This far exceeded my expectations. Her expertise, knowledge & professionalism began from the staging level, selection of the right photographer that provided 3D walkthrough video, floorplan with measurements. Then she put “legs” to her marketing strategy (quite literally). The amount of documentation required in the sale of a condo is extensive & she followed up to track it all down within the deadlines. I appreciated her patience & thoroughness in explaining the real estate jargon on documents. This meant a lot to me, as an older person.
